The small business team from the National Cancer Institute is coming to do their first event in Chicago.  The Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) group within the NCI funds $170M in research grants annually, and two of the team members will give an overview of the grant application and selection process, funding initiatives, and best of all will meet 1:1 with interested companies and faculty.  It’s a great opportunity for funding for early stage cancer-related device, therapeutic, and digital health technologies.
