Join other Polsky Center members as we guide you through a Pomodoro Exercise throughout the morning. Not sure what the Pomodoro Technique is? It’s a technique used to help people power through distractions, hyper-focus, and get things done in short burst, while also taking frequent breaks.
In this workshop, attendees will learn to track what is working for and what is not. Come prepared with your laptop and lists. The event will kick off with breakfast and a brief intro to the tool that has been used by many. The session is set up so that attendees have 3 hours of focused time along with other members to get your work done.
