Guy explains one of the most exciting parts of the venture deal cycle: Closing the deal. He will cover the important deal terms and mechanics as well as how to successfully negotiate and close.

Guy cofounded Hyde Park Venture Partners in 2011 from Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on corporate strategy across a variety of industries. He spent his early career as a mechanical engineer with Raytheon and General Electric.

Lunch will be provided and the session will start promptly at 12:00pm, so please arrive early to grab food and find your seat.
