About: Offered in partnership with the Private Equity Institute at Oxford University, the Oxford Chicago Global Private Equity Challenge is a case competition exclusively designed for Chicago Booth and Oxford University students. The Challenge enables teams from both institutions to assess the potential for a leveraged buyout of a publicly-listed company and compete for a cash prize. It consists of two rounds: a semifinals event at Chicago Booth in late November and a finals competition at Oxford University in early March. The finals competition alternates annually between Chicago and Oxford, with the 2018 event taking place in Oxford. Learn more here.
