Entrepreneurship Essentials (E2): Sales 101 Workshop

The Sales 101 Session will be a 60-minute survey of key aspects in selling. The session is designed for those with little to no sales experience looking for some quick, actionable tips to get better immediately. We will discuss the different types of sales skills necessary for early stage businesses versus more established organizations (and the implications of this for your business). We will touch on the different types of salespeople available and which is right for your business. We will cover the key aspects of the sales process and how to measure and manage your sales pipeline.
