Entrepreneurship Essentials (E2): Approaches to Discovering Your Customer
Understanding your future customers’ values, pain points, and purchasing behaviors is critical to ensuring that your product or service will be adopted by your customers when it hits the market. This workshop provides participants with tactical skills for conducting efficient and insightful customer discovery.
Participants will learn methods for conducting customer discovery and market segment research including how to identify their customer segments, how to successfully find and talk with customers, how to develop interview questions, and how to reevaluate their business model based on customer feedback.
Who should attend: Entrepreneurs in idea phase (pre-product) and entrepreneurs with an early prototype or beta are best suited for this workshop.
