About the speaker:
Kathleen Wilson is a graduate of the 2017 Full-program at Booth. She summered in consulting with A.T. Kearney and had every intention of going back until she was struck with the idea for her first company, The Minte, two weeks before NVC applications were due. To prove that residents of luxury apartment buildings would want hotel-style housekeeping service, Kathleen and a classmate ran around and cleaned their friends placed for 30 minutes and charged $20 for the service. After growing The Minte to a $3M+ run rate in two years, Kathleen is now building Sofie, a company that shortens the path from inspiration to purchase for beauty e-commerce.
