Eduardo Luz is the Global Brand Officer and Chief Marketing Officer U.S. for The Kraft Heinz Company. He leads the company’s marketing efforts in the U.S., as well as creating and leading disruptive platforms related to brands and innovation, like Springboard, White Spaces and Personalization at Scale. He is responsible for improving the way Kraft Heinz marketers operate and make decisions related to their brands. Eduardo also oversees three of the company’s global brands —Heinz, Kraft and Planters. Previously, he was the President of the Company’s U.S. Grocery Business, where he led the entire portfolio of ketchup, condiments, sauces & dressings; meals and desserts; frozen brands; and beverages and snack nuts. Running Grocery, Eduardo launched the Company’s Springboard program, a platform to partner with founders and brands that will impact the future of the food and beverage industry. Eduardo joined Heinz in 2013 as Managing Director for Consumer Products. Prior to joining Heinz, Eduardo held executive positions with Unilever and AB InBev. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
