The event will be moderated by professor Steven Kaplan, Neubauer Family Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance and Kessenich E.P. Faculty Director at the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Professor Kaplan will interview Singh and Svider regarding BC Partners’ $8.7 billion acquisition of PetSmart, PetSmart’s $3.35 billion acquisition of Chewy, and BC Partners subsequent decision to split PetSmart and Chewy in a $6 billion recap deal in 2020.
