The Polsky Center I-Corps Program is a National Science Foundation-funded entrepreneurial program for teams working on ideas in the science, technology, mathematics, and engineering (STEM) fields. Teams including faculty and researchers from the University of Chicago, Argonne National Laboratory, Fermilab, and the Marine Biological Laboratory participate in the seven-week program in the fall, spring, and summer quarters.

Student interns will be matched with an I-Corps team and will learn how to conduct customer discovery interviews with industry stakeholders. Students will gain experience in validating problem-solution fit, expand their professional networks, and gain insight into early-stage science-based entrepreneurship.
