Business Development (BD) Fellows act as business leads for deep tech ventures participating in the Polsky Center’s Compass Accelerator, a six-month program, from February 2023 – June 2023. Fellows will collaborate closely with a founding scientific team that has created innovative technologies through their research and set forth a vision for the company. BD Fellows will lead business development efforts of these high-potential technologies and engage with innovators and industry partners on behalf of the venture. BD Fellows are expected to spend 8-10 hours per week over the Winter 2023 quarter and 8-10 hours per week over the Spring 2023 quarter supporting the venture. BD Fellows are compensated for their work in the program.
