The Alumni New Venture Challenge (ANVC) is a newest track of the Edward L. Kaplan, ’71, New Venture Challenge (NVC), a top accelerator program in the nation. Managed by the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the ANVC supports all University of Chicago alumni who are in the process of launching early-stage ventures. In 2019-20, the Polsky Center will host the ANVC in six regions: Midwest (Chicago), East Coast (NYC), West Coast (Bay Area), Europe (London), Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong), and Latin America (São Paulo). Applications will be due on January 6, 2020, semi-finals will be hosted in each regional hub, and the finals will be held in Chicago on Thursday, April 23, 2020.
